Social Development Department Minister Sisisi Tolashe has pledged her help and motivation to bettering South African Social Security Agency (SASSA) solutions through an engagement together with the agency's senior professionals at a strategic organizing session in Cape Town.
Tolashe on Tuesday expressed her heartfelt congratulations to the many social grant beneficiaries, who excelled within the 2024 matric exams.
Of the 724 156 full-time learners who registered for the National Senior Certification (NSC), 572 338 are social grant beneficiaries, representing 81% of your registered pupils from the education and learning sector.
These learners reached a commendable pass rate of 86%.
